Refund and Cancellation Policy: Online Live Training

By enrolling in our iNeuBytes courses, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, along with the following conditions:

  1. Refund Requests: You must submit your refund request within 7 working days prior to the start date of the course.

  2. Restrictions on Discounts and Collaborations: Courses purchased at a discount or through academic institute collaborations are not eligible for refunds.

  3. Batch Rescheduling: If a learner decides to transfer to the next available batch, this decision must be made within the first week of the training start date. While no refund will be provided in this scenario, you will have the opportunity to join the subsequent batch.

  4. Non-Refundable Items: Taxes paid on the course fees are non-refundable.

  5. Batch Shifting: If a learner wishes to shift to the next upcoming batch, this decision must be made within the first week of the training start date. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

  6. Timeframe for Refunds: Refunds are available only if requested within the specified timeframe. We do not issue refunds for lack of usage, dissatisfaction, or any other reasons once the refund period has ended.

  7. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please inform us in writing during the refund period. Refunds will be processed through bank transfers, including NEFT, IMPS, or RTGS. We may request additional documents, such as a cancelled cheque, to verify your bank account details before processing the refund. Refunds are aimed to be processed within 30 days after receiving all necessary information.

  8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to this agreement or its subject matter will be referred to arbitration initiated by the disputing party. The arbitration process will be governed by a selected arbitrator whose decision will be final and binding. Arbitration will take place in Guntur (Andhra Pradesh), India, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Guntur (Andhra Pradesh).
